Payment

To book and reserve online we require a deposit, this payment is accepted via Paypals or Transferwise secure online payment gateway. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards via this system. You do not need a Paypal account. We also accept direct bank transfers (also possible in many countries with Transferwise which much cheaper). Once your deposit has being confirmed, your reservation will be completed and you’ll receive an email notification of this. You can then pay the remaining balance directly via cash (IDR, US$, AU$ or €) or credit/debit card once you arrive at our dive center store for your day trips / PADI courses.

Exchange Rates

We always use the current exchange rate at the time of guests inquiries and bookings. If we quote a price in a foreign currency during an initial inquiry, the exchange rate may have changed at a later date when the booking is confirmed and payment requested. We use the exchange rate provided by XE.COM at the time of transactions to calculate exchange rates.

Unforeseen Circumstances

In the unlikely event that a dive trip is cancelled due to bad weather, or rough and dangerous sea conditions, guests are entitled to a full refund, minus any credit card charges we incur, which are around 3%.
